Are twins more likely to be accepted?

My brother and I are very good friends, but vastly different. I do much better in school, as he has a slight learning disability, which doesn't jepordize him socially, but makes it difficult for him to do math, science, and pretty much most school things. I am looking at the ivy league for college, while he aspires to go to the university of vermont. Even that school might be out of reach, as he has a 2.7ish gpa(although he did get a 3.2 junior year! He just didn't do well sophomore or freshman year.) So just wondering, if I apply there, would it perhaps help him get into the school? Perhaps if we both write on it that we want to go to UVM together? That way, they might accept him to get us both in a package deal?
Some of my data: 2320 sat, 3.6 gpa, great extracuriculars and leadership. Eagle Scout)
Him: 1350 sat, 2.7 gpa, soon to be eagle scout)

So, would me applying as well help him? In early action of course. I won't be attending there, but I would apply if it helps him get in. thanks!
