Are you submitting your first semester grades?

I'm just wondering if applicants are suppose to submit their first semester grades? The typical application status does say "we often like to see your first semester grades. If you have submitted them, please do so." But I have heard that if USC really WANTS them, they will ask you.

Does anyone know anything? Obviously if they are GREAT grades, submit them. But I'm not sure what to do if they took a slight dip in an AP class.

If your grades reflect a lower GPA than that with which you applied, wait until/if they specifically request them.

If higher - submit whether they ask or not.

Good luck!

^So, does that mean that kids who have received their acceptance are not expected to send a mid-year transcript?

No, but you will have to send a senior year transcript at the end
