How many of you want to transfer now that you've decided to take school more seriously? Have you not reached your potential in high school and do you believe that a high GPA in college will allow you to transfer to a better school?

I, for one, do feel like this and I'm guessing a lot of other people here do too. My question is: Do many students try harder after entering college? Is that why most schools say its usually harder to gain admission to their university as a transfer - because on average, students start taking school more seriously?

I think its harder in high school. You need a 4.0 just to think about going to a good school. For me (i dont know why) getting an A in high school was just impossible. 4 years later I went back to school and get A’s all the time.
