I have been accepted to both ASU and ER (Daytona Beach Campus), and want to study aeronautical engineering. I don't know which to pick, ER has a great rep, but sounds like hell. ASU sounds like a ok edu, and a lot of fun.

Hoping some people who know something about one or both could weight in.

Even though Im going to ASU, I would choose Embry-Riddle anyday for aeronautical engineering. Amazing program. Try it out, if you don't like, go to ASU, they have a good program as well, but nothing like ER.

ER is in Prescott, not a huge town by any means, but it has that 'cute' appeal. I went there every summer for about 7 years. They have several summer camps in the area, including one specifically for diabetics (me), kids with cancer, and asthmatics...there's good summer opportunities if you're interested. It is very 'earthy', with lots of woodlands and cabins. It's a fun place to stay, very relaxing.

ASU...is ASU. Big, fun, exciting nightlife. Too much to talk about. But both schools are completely different. Prescott is only a couple hours away from Phoenix, so it's not that secluded.
