Embry-Riddle vs. PSU

Which one has a better Aerospace Engineering education? I just received my financial aid package for ERAU of 15800. That brings the total down to 23268/yr. PSU will probably give me around 5000 bringing the price down to 28000/yr. Is a PSU experience worth 5000/yr over ERAU?

I have a friend at Embry-Riddle who loves it there, don't have any at PSU so can't give you a perspective, but a big school like that you make your own path.

ERAU is the way to go...as long as you're positive about AE. I almost went, but the price tag, unsure about AE, and personal choice to stay IS led me to a bigger university. But I knew that if I decided to do AE, i'd instantly transfer to ERAU

embry riddle is absolutely the best school for Aerospace Engineering

shoebox10: What major and school are you in now?

The male/female ratio at Embry-Riddle is awful. (if you are a guy)

I know. Haha. I think more and better girls + cooler weather >>>>>> 5k/yr anyway.

Prescott is a cool place though, and one of the coldest cities in Arizona.

I think he was talking about the other campus in Florida.

I can tell you first-hand: Arizona is the best place to live! We're laid-back but fun, the weather's outstanding (if you like the sun), there's lots of job opportunities, and California is just six hours away.

"I think he was talking about the other campus in Florida."

Oh, oops.

Well, he should consider the prescott campus then too.

If he was talking about the school in Florida, Daytona Beach is absolutely a dump of a city and a miserable place to live.

Then I guess it's settled. PSU it is?
