Army Veteran Chances?

<p>So I was in the Army for a year, and got a General under Honorable Conditions Discharge. GPA in high school was a 2.4 and ACT was a 23. Back in the day I was rejected from Northern Illinois University (if that tells you anything). Trying to get into University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. If I can't get in there, any suggestions of the best school I could get into with my GPA and ACT? Thanks!</p>
