Interesting case. Will universities be interested?

Basically, I'm a high school dropout. Very bright and intellectual, but a drop out.

I tried to finish up again when I was 19, but I dropped out AGAIN. However, during that short time, I managed to take the ACT.

I scored pretty decently for somebody who hadn't been in school for 3 years, and I never made it past a sophomore curriculum. I managed a 28 composite and a 35 in science and a 30 in math, despite never taking a high school math course. But this had been the story of my life; I do well on tests with absolutely no preparation.

My high school GPA was below the BAC required for a DUI, but when I took my GED, my scores claimed me to be in the top 10% of all students.

When I took my ASVAB test, I scored a 93; I later turned down the Air Force on a contract for meteorology.

When I decided I wanted to go to college, I started low; I attended community college. My GPA there was pretty bad until I decided I wanted to be a physician; I managed to bolster it to a 3.5, hoping that it will go even higher by the time I transfer.

I'm obviously a bright guy, and I have a story. My dream is to attend NU. Does anyone think I got a shot?

I've already been accepted to schools like Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Loyola Chicago, but NU (Northwestern) is where I've wanted to go since I was a kid. If anyone wants to look, I do have my essay that I wrote for them. If you want to read it, just ask and I'll post it. Thanks.
