<p>I was accepted to Rutgers University. Thinking of matriculating there, I was not eligible for their honors program b/c i missed the deadline by a huge margin. The deadline was december 1st. My stats are highly above average for its requirements. I should be in it but i applied late april. Is there a way i can still get in? </p>
