<p>ok so, its january 19th and i haven't received an admissions decision from rutgers yet. Since my test scores are sub par (1960: 660, 620, 680), i figured that i might as well send in a nomination form and stuff so i can try to get into the program; the main problem is, is that the deadline is january 26th. Should i still send in the form even though i haven't received an admissions decision? What should i do?</p>
