<p>Darling S thought acceptance to the SAS honors program was the same as the online acceptance to the SAS. Just found the honors college acceptance form and it's late. Can he still get into the honors program? Is it too late? He even applied for honors housing. Turned down Schreyers and UMD honors to go to Rutgers and he's very upset.</p>
<p>he can apply for honors for his sophomore year. i only know one person who got into honors as an undergraduate and not straight from the admissions process. it’s very difficult while @ rutgers, for some reason. but as long as he maintains a good freshman year gpa, writes a good essay, and has great relations with professors, he should be fine!</p>
<p>Call the number on the form and explain - they may still let hm in - I would do rigth away and not hesitate.</p>
<p>Hey, I did the exact same thing. It was May 4th and I totally forgot about the acceptance form. I called them immediately and they said it was fine if I sent it late. So yeah, I suggest you do the same. I don’t think punctuality is that big a deal with them.</p>
