Do colleges, specifically top private schools, consider art classes on your transcript or as part of your GPA when you're being considered as an applicant? I'm a straight A student in my non-art classes, but my school requires an art class to graduate, and I foolishly took it junior year. I'm a terrible artist, and I'm now probably looking at a B in Ceramics (I think I have the only ceramics teacher in the world who actually will give a B to someone who tries). Am I doomed?

No, not at all.
Ceramics wasn't your thing, so what?
I can't guarantee you that they won't include it in your GPA, but that doesn't mean it will hurt you significantly.
I'm a current student in AP Art Portfolio, and I'm pretty sure colleges count that, well since it is an AP with significant work.

I would presume ceramics wouldn't affect you, but there's no standard for one college.
