Art?!?!?! For Wharton?!!?

Hey guys.

I am an upcoming high school junior and I had a quick question.

I take a huge schedule. For junior year, I am taking:

Pre-cal Honors
AP US Gov.
AP Comparative Gov.
AP Chem
AP Physics B
AP English
AP Spanish Lit.

Online I am taking:

Alg. 2 Honors
AP Micro
Latin 2

For no credit (but it shows in transcript):
German 2 and 3

Community college:
Debate

Now, I really, REALLY, really, need AP Stats this year cause Im applying to Wharton and I know they want loads of math. Besides, AP Stats would be so practical for me. Anyway, I had a schedule conflict and now, I can't take AP stats in my school.

I have two choices:

I could take AP Psychology (which I realllly don't want to take) or I could take Art 2 (which I would reallllly like).

However, would "Art" hurt my chances for Wharton-ahem-business school? I love the finance field but my high school doesn't offer any courses on it and I HAVE to take another class in my HS to fill my schedule cause I cant have a free period.

Would they college adcoms think somewhere along the lines of: "This girl could have challenged herself by taking AP Psych and she went for Art?!?!? Regular art?!?! Art doesn't get you anywhere!!! Business school??? How dare she apply to business school?!?!?"

So yah. I am really worried.

Would Art hurt that bad? Or should I just take AP Psych???

Thanks.

take Art, you've got enough AP's on your plate, and its gonna give you a class to go to during the school day that you say you'll really like, so it'll be like a respite from everything else. Wharton isn't gonna look down at that, in fact it might add a little character to your app i think. Try to take Stat next year, but Wharton likes to have advanced calculus even more which you wouldn't do until next year i'm assuming.

To wharton, art and psych are on pretty much the same level. don't sweat that one. and along with mantiz, calc is much more important than stat

the best artist i know (charcoals, drawing, etc.) is a whartonite:
