It's almost time to submit the application for Stanford SCEA in October 15th, but it seems like I have a crisis.

I play both the piano and violin, but I am better at the piano. I have two pieces for each instrument, but the issue comes in the fact that one violin piece is not completely ready. I am likely to record next week at October 6 or 7, and I am afraid I cannot get this one section (It's a mess right now) practised. The other parts are just fine.

So, here are a couple of options:
Submit the entire violin piece while somehow "getting by" the inadequate part.
Cut the violin piece so that I can end before the inadequately practised part kicks in.
Not do the violin at all, and only do the piano.

Which is the best to do in case I cannot get that part practised and ready to go? My piano pieces are adequately practised, and 1 of my violin pieces are adequately practised. It's just the 2nd piece that needs a lot of work, and I just cannot decide what to do.

Thanks if you can help.
