Arts supplement doubt

Hey Guys!

I am applying for engineering, however, I am planning to submit an arts supplement. I have the following questions:

  1. Can I send a video kind of describing my journey in an EC competition? If yes, how? (For the below colleges)
  2. If I want to send a drums arts supplement, what type of pieces should I send?

Colleges I am applying to are: Cornell, Columbia, Harvard, UPenn, CMU, Princeton and Brown.
