okay, here's the thing.
I took my third SATI this december, and the score is lower than what I have expected. I know there is one more SATI left in January for some schools..but if I take another SATI this January, then that's the fourth time!
I was wondering if we are allowed to take SATI more than three times.. and is there any disadvantage if you take it more than three times?
If not, do you think I would take SATI or SATII (since my SATII scores are just satisfactory as well)?

Plzzzzz help me. and..

GOOD LUCK TO ALL SENIORS FOR THEIR RD results!

You are allowed to take as many SATs as you want to pay for and sit through. I've heard rumors that taking SAT I more than 3 times looks bad, but have no data to back it up. However, the major question is: Is there any reason to believe that you will do better next time than you did on the previous 3? If you're just counting on luck to give you better scores, and haven't increased/changed your study methods, I'd say don't bother. Chances are your scores won't change enough to make it worthwhile.

Same question with the SAT II's. Have you continued to study the subjects you want to take? In a concerted and organized manner? If not, don't take them again.

I've heard that some colleges average your SAT scores after the 3rd time. (as opposed to only looking at the most recent one, I suppose)
Good luck though
