AS-T to CSULB and SLO Accounting

I have a question about the AS-T for business. I am applying to transfer to CSU Long Beach and Cal Poly Slo for Accounting Fall 2016 Semester. I checked on adegreewithaguarantee.com and they both are listed to accept the AS-T for business from my college. Should I complete the requirements for the AS-T in business and receive the degree instead of completing all the pre majors courses for Cal Poly Slo and CSU Long Beach? Which one looks better on the application? They take the degree as a substitution for pre major courses and give you a GPA bump correct? Which applicant is more likely to be selected? One who completed all pre majors or one with an approved AS-T for that major?
