How inappropriate would it be to ask a school I turned down 3 weeks ago if I could still enroll. I am a transfer student, and the school traditionally doesn’t accept many transfers. I know this is highly unorthodox but I just wanted input. Please don’t attack me for asking, I understand that it’s highly unlikely.
All you can do is ask. Given the current economic and public health situation, colleges may be much more flexible than usual. You never know unless you ask. Just do it respectfully. Good luck!
Agree with the above to reach out and ask, and no, it’s not highly unorthodox…every year there are many students that do this, sometimes it works out, sometimes not.
The more highly selective the school is, the less likely there will still be room though. And if you had received merit aid, that might not still be available, but one step at a time.
