<p>Just wondering, but as a huge sports fan, how hard is it to get tickets for football and basketball games at UVa? How does one go about doing this (I'm a rising first-year)? Thanks!</p>
<p>For football games (and many other sports), you simply show up and have your student ID scanned. You can go to every one of them without a problem or having to think about tickets beforehand.</p>
<p>As for basketball, it can be a bit tricker, particularly for popular games. You’ll get e-mails from UVA Athletics about ticket release times, and, basically, the more sporting events you go to, the more likely you’ll be to get tickets for games.</p>
