Athletic money ever?

I am a national level athlete, A’s in Honors. The Brown coach has already sent me an interest letter. I want to go to Brown but parents probably make too much for financial aid, and $160K in loans is out.
Ivy’s “don’t do athletic scholarships”, Do they do anything?? Is there any hope for any other type of subsidy? Or, do I take full ride to Penn State?
Thanks!

If you are that good an athlete try to get a scholarship to Stanford or some other top school that does offer $$$.

stanford, duke, and NW (especially the first two, I don't think NW gives out quite as many) all give out scholarships to highly recruited athletes as they're in regular conferences

as a recruited athlete for the class of 2011, I can tell you first hand that there are no scholarships, period, academic or athletic. I got a lot of money thrown my way by other schools, but I could not turn down the academic opportunity at Brown.

What were you recruited for Gemsbok?

You guys are VERY helpful, THANKS!
