Atmospheric Sciences job hunting

So I'm pursuing an atmospheric science major (now a junior, so going to start the core classes this fall), and I am taking Japanese 3rd year this summer to fulfill a Japanese minor (will also take 15 more credits of Japanese throughout the next year to make it official). Just to note, I love the Japanese language and everything about it, so it's just something I'm doing for personal enjoyment.

Anyways, I am 2 years away from graduating and I am already concerned about the job opportunities. I probably shouldn't be worrying about it (since I have advisers to talk to), but I want to come here to ask what I might expect. I want to get an internship, but am worried about how much time it'll take out of my studying. So I am thinking summer time next year. That might get my name out there for job hunting when I graduate, but then again, I don't know what to expect. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
