Atrocious grades and even more atrocious scores but good extracurricular activities

<p>Hello. I am a freshman at a top 100 university applying for transfer to JHU, NYU, and Georgetown. My extracurricular activities are quite good (I don't want to disclose them for the sake of privacy) but my grades and standardized testing scores are beyond appalling.</p>

<p>HS GPA - 3.1
College GPA - 3.88
ACT - 30
SAT - 1970</p>

<p>Will I have a better chance as a junior transfer? Thank you.</p>
