<p>I know this might seem trivial but do schools look at attendance? I've had 7 absences throughout high school and 4 of those were when my father was in the ICU. I never mentioned this on any of my apps, but I was wondering if colleges notice attendance and lates (I've never had a late).</p>

<p>This question has got me wondering too, since I have a lot of lates. Some people have assured me that lates don’t matter unless you have so many that you have to do credit completion. Do colleges officially have no access to attendance records? And, ready2011, you’re fine. That’s not many at all.</p>
<p>They don’t care. Grades tell all that a university needs to know in that aspect.</p>
