Attending multiple CCCs while doing concurrent enrollment during high school

I’m currently a Sophomore in HS, and I’ve been taking classes in the San Mateo Community College District.

Up until now, I was just taking the classes my parents and counselors recommended. To the best of my memory, I have:
COMM 130 Public Speaking 3.0 C (CSU GE Area A1, IGETC Area 1C)
DGME 102 Media Law & Ethics 3.0 A (CSU GE Area D, IGETC Area 4)
CIS 254 Intro to Object Oriented Programming 4.0 A (CSU & UC Unit Credit)
COUN 111 College Planning 1.0 A (CSU GE Area E1, UC Unit Credit)
PLSC 200 National, State, and Local Governments 3.0 A (CSU GE Area D and US-2 and US-3, IGETC Area 4)
MATH 120 + 820 (Intermediate Algebra with Support) 8.0 B (None)

For this summer, I had planned to take an English class as well as Trigonometry+Precalculus. But I got an internship and can only take classes online, late in the evening, or on the weekend. What started out as research into summer online options turned into research into what classes I really want to be taking for my education. To maximize the free concurrent enrollment units I have left, how do I easily find out what courses transfer in place of prerequisites among the CCCs? Like, I want to take the following classes at Diablo Valley: COMSC 165, 200, 255, 257, and 260. But would my CIS 254 be considered equivalent to its COMSC 110? In an ideal world, I’d take all those DVC classes, plus Laney’s CIS 61, and classes equivalent to UCB’s PHIL 12a, MCELLBI C61, and LINGUIS 5. But, from my research, if I want to take a class at a community college outside of my district, I’d have to convince my principal to write a letter to each community college I want to attend. Am I making this too complicated?Should I just concentrate on completing my IGETC, and try to get as far along in math and physics? Thanks for the help guys.
