i just submitted the online application!!~~ and in the end it says</p>

<p>send this confirmation page together with the FA form and bank statement....</p>

<p>i have actaully mailed out the FA and bank statemt a few days ago~!!!</p>

<p>Not sure which form you are talking about. Financial aid forms are not even due yet and can be sent separately. If you are an international and talking about the form required to verify that you can afford first year expenses, then that form also can be sent separately along with any necessary bank statements. So either way, you do not have to redo application.</p>
