Lol and everyone thought it was yesterday

OMG - he got in!

So if there is nothing about Merit on the finance tab - then I guess there is none. I have clicked on every link but could not find anything at all. So weird, this is the ONLY place where there was no award at all. We got everywhere else.
It took me a while to get authorized, so if you cannot get in immediately, do not panic.

Umm, no enrollment agreement either. Either ours is incomplete/not updated or my child is not accepted. That makes no sense because they would not authenticate a student email if the person was not accepted.
Where on the site is the enrollment agreement???

collegemama13, on the landing page…to the far right, “Personalized Links” box, click “Academics,” which will offer a dropdown menu. Scroll down until you see “Enrollment Agreement.”

Keep us posted.

Hmmm, we’re seeing no “Academics” tab under the “Personalized Links” box.

I am also not seeing “Enrollment Agreement” in the drop down list. Wouldn’t they have some way to see if they were denied, or is this only to verify acceptance.

Under personal links I have never had a link called Academics. Where is everyone seeing this?

Is the Personalized links in the prospective student portal? I don’t see it. I have a page that lists when all the application materials were received by them. Nothing that says personalized links or academics.

@jennee98- still haven’t gotten in. PM me?

My friend told me it could be a program glitch because AU apparently has been having a lot of those recently.

There should be four boxes on the landing page – or five…one is a informational slide on far left.

To the immediate right of that there is a box with two tabs titled “Student Events, Must See Events.”

To the immediate right of that is the box with Personalized Links tab. Under which has:

SEARCH LINKS window
Academics
Finances
Life @AU
Services Technology
Work@ AU
Office Assistant

All topics allow expansion if you click on it.

ACADEMICS is the one you want to choose. It loads the subtopics. Look for Enrollment Agreement.

Hope that helps.

Ok…I logged back in and found the Enrollment Agreement, but it was for grad school, which is not accurate. When I click on it I get this message "You do not have applications eligible for the online enrollment agreement. "

sethjwalker - just sent you a PM

8pawsbfeet - Guess what, we are in the same boat, mine also says: Enrollment Agreement - Grad School of Comm. Whoops, that’s not us. So… if we have no enrollment agreement and no merit information:
- There is a computer glitch
- All updates have not been made
- We are no accepted but they let us create an account which makes NO SENSE
So, we wait for changes or snail mail…

^collegemama13…sounds like a glitch to me. Love the idea of finding out online, but sometimes the old fashioned way of snail mail is appealing in that there is no ambiguity. Countdown to all decisions being in and getting back to MY life.

There are three Enrollment links listed in this order:

Enrollment Agreement
Enrollment Agreement - Grad School of Comm
Enrollment Agreement & Housing Application

Can someone do it for me please. I can’t find any of these things on my prospective student portal

^MCGCVI that is what mine looks like also…

However the first Enrollment Agreement link has all of my personal information along with the header “[My name], Congratulations on your acceptance to American University!” so I’m hoping the Grad School of Comm is either a glitch or just there for everybody.

Salyourpal it is not on the prospective student portal. Go to myau.american.edu and make an account there.
