Auburn v. Stony Brook- What to do...

<p>I am a current sophomore biology major at SUNY Stony Brook, and have just applied to several schools for transfer. I was accepted to Auburn but am not sure what to do. I know SBU has a great biology reputation, but am incredibly miserable at this school. I'm worried that I am doing myself a disservice by transferring out of SBU to Auburn. Does anybody have any recommendations for me? I also plan on attending grad school after I complete my undergrad. </p>

<p>Have you visited Auburn yet? What made you decide to apply there?</p>

<p>I have a son who attends an Alabama school and can give you some insight into this if you can be more specific.</p>

<p>We visited Stony Brook, and I know lots of students there. Many of them are not happy.</p>
