Did you take Math238 and Math220 ( Differential Equations and Linear Algebra) ?
Did you finish Physics series? (you didn’t right?)
English is not my native as well, you took the same classes as I did : Engl101,Eng102, and Eng235( technical writing)
However, I believe, they will send out the second waves soon, so wait a little longer.
I am transferring to the engineering department. I have applied for CCE,ME, EE, Aero, and I still have not received any message about the applications. I checked the Application Status of the engineering department and i think they still did not make the decision. I have a 3.99 GPA, and I believe it is possible to get into the department. Also. I am accepted by WSU but I cannot apply to two student visa from different school if I am accepted by UW. It is very hard to make a decision.
@thaipq no, I did not take those yet, I have only been back at school for a year, so I have not had time for the rest of physics, and have not take diffi-q or linear. Though, those aren’t pre-req’s for the major. I plan on a math minor, so will take them at some point. Probably the fall.
@CompSci18@thaipq I did the full physics, full CSC, ENGR204, MATH220/238, CHEM 161 all 4.0 except 238 which was a 3.7. I did drop out of UW mid quarter 10 years ago, I’m nervous that might affect me. I also have tons of credits from 10 years ago in art and photography which might look bad.
@desunaito I doubt that will look bad - I’ve heard they like “non-traditional” students, those who found computer science later. So having art and photography 10 years ago should not be a bad thing.

PSssst, guys. My unofficial transcripts loaded. It has the word “unofficial” all over the background and states my Student number, college, major and all that stuff. The time prepared, according to the transcript, was 12 minutes ago. Does this mean I’m in?
Are there any applicants who don’t get any decision of acceptance or rejection until end of July?
I thought general admission decision have made already.
I want to get any decision asap, then I can quit this torture…
@seesee12 they make decisions all the way through the end of July. You will be notified on your decision no matter what so just try to enjoy your summer and not worry too much!
@Loganmr97 I hope you right, but in case of applicants of general admission, it’s hard to get accepted in this time period. cs,ce,me or ee major applicants get decision a lot in July, but general admission… only few people will get accepted. It’s hard to imagine that I will be one of them…
There are nine classes I have to take before I can apply to my major and I got accepted, so those who aren’t ready for their major yet- there’s still hope!
