Average Cost of Studio Apartments near UCLA?

I was wondering, how much would I be expecting to pay for a studio apartment, no bigger than a closet, with a kitchen & bathroom in a nice area near Ucla.

craigslist.com westsiderentals.com

Walking? $1100+

yep. depends on what you consider close. walking distance studios vary anywhere from 1k-1300 but it totally depends. those with parking will be more expensive.

if you're ok with being further away you could probably find something for 8-900.

...consider the Big Blue Bus too. You can easily get to surrounding neighborhoods (Mar Vista, Culver City (sort've), Palms...) for better rates.

About 850-1000 in WLA. 1000+ in Brentwood. I did see "a" cheap studio apartment in Gayley last year. The rent was about 890 and there were like 20 applications.

How much is an apartment south of Wilshire? Preferably between Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd.

Where is namaste? He'll help you out!

I looked at sharing a studio on Gayley and it was $700 a month for just myself. Which means $1400 a month total, but that did include all those fun things like power and such.

:) One of the best parts about leaving LA is I've now got a nice 1 bedroom apartment in a good area and it's only $520 a month.

For the University Apartments, ~$1300.

Last year was a nightmare. Everywhere had like over 10 applications, even a master bedroom in Palms. I'm so glad that I got a very big apartment with a parkiing spot near Santa Monica Blvd and the rent is less than 1000.
