<p>I'm a bit confused on how to fill out this step of the application. For example, if I was Fundraising Coordinator of XYZ club in 11th grade, but I was Secretary in 12th grade, how would I indicate this? In the part where it says "Name of activity" or "Description?"</p>

<p>Name of Activity: Club XYZ</p>
<p>Description: Fundraising Coordinator: 2008-09; Raised over $500 for a non-profit organization by organizing efficient funraising events.</p>
<p>Secretary: 2009-present; Kept track of and documented all meetings as well as informing club members of current events.</p>
<p>I'm just unclear on how the format is supposed to be. And should I use pronouns? Any help would be great! </p>
