I'm Christian and I like the people at APU, which is why I'm considering going there. Obviously USD has a better location, but I really like the whole church atmosphere. Now it just comes down to which has a better program.</p>

<p>My heart wasn’t in LMU and UW, and having a cancer scare made me realize I would rather do pre-med.</p>
<p>USD is a better school, it’s Catholic so will have a religious bent but not as religious as APU. There really is no pre-med program per se…you choose a major, do well, do research, score high on your MCAT…that is basically pre- med. It may be easier to graduate with a higher GPA at APU but you may be better prepared at USD.</p>
