Are you able to get to classes on time if you sign up for classes back to back? Or do you find yourself chronically late?

You can usually get to classes on time.

Berkeley Time is the status quo that classes start 10 minutes after the official class period starts. So it's not difficult.

Hold up there fellas. Yes, there is Berkeley time, but you have to remember that the Campus is huge and if you have one class in Dwinelle and the next class in Hearst Mining you'll literally have to sprint up the hill just to be five minutes late. If you're going to take back to back classes make sure they're close enough together to make it in time.

You can get to Dwinelle to Heart Mining in less than 10 minutes..... but not early enough if you want a "good" seat. But try to sign up for classes that are close to each other.

I think most building combos can be made in 10 minutes without sprinting, but sure, some cannot, and some profs can hold you for a minute or two after.

how about like from wheeler to evans? and evans to mccone?

Wheeler to evans is nothing. McCone and Evans are practically next to each other.

http://www.berkeley.edu/map/maps/AB45.html

here, use this and be an independent Berkeley student. http://www.berkeley.edu/map/

Evans to McCone is no problem, and Wheeler to Evans requires very brisk walking coz you may have to fight the crowd.

suzzieq, aren't u a newly admitted freshman? How would you know about this?

BlueElmo,

nah, I'll begin my senior year next semester. I had a class this spring in McCone and I had to walk from Latimer which was just nice, so getting to McCone from Evans will be pretty easy. Might wanna walk quickly from Wheeler to Evans coz of the crowd and a very gentle uphill grade.

how about evans to valley (life sciences building)?

Look at the map. :)

wheeler to evans? hearst min. to tolman? not that bad right?

hearst mining to tolman? Thats pretty far

My question is how about from Dwinelle to Pimental? The class at Pimental is a huge chemistry class and I want to get a good seat at the front. Maybe I should get a bike? Or sprint? Or pershaps sign up for different sections? Don't know what to do.

i meant from pimental to dwinelle, so I don't have to worry about the slope at least.

You will be fine.

i hope so. Im being paranoid i guess.
