I got my ACT scores back, and they were not good at all... just what I expected. I plan to re-take the ACT due to not getting enough sleep that day, harming my lack to focus. Though how do you go about letting a university know that you plan to re-take the ACT, and why they have recieved such a low score? How much can this harm your acceptance etc... thanks.

you really don’t have to explain a low score, when they receive the higher score they will not care what your lower score is…

Is there a way we can stop them from seeing the low score, or not worth it?

on the ACT they only see the scores you choose.
