Bad Bio M Score

I got my SAT Subject Test Scores and I got a 760 in Math 2 and a 690 in Bio M. If I really want to get into Brown, is it absolutely necessary that I retake Bio M? I have 2 days to decide whether or not I should retake it on December. Everything else on my application is pretty solid though, so I wanted to know if a 690 would kill my chances of getting in.

I’m in a similar situation. I would not send the bio 690. Do you have another sat II that is higher? Do you think you can score better in a different subject, say chemistry? Since Brown requires 2 subject tests, in my opinion a 690 puts you at a disadvantage.

A 690 is not, under any circumstances, an auto-deny. Are you planning on majoring in bio?

hey man 690s pretty good.

I think you need a higher score than 690, otherwise you wouldn’t be asking this question.

I got a 690 on Bio M and did not submit it. I would either retake it or take Lit because it’s easier ;).
