Bad junior year..Are my chances of getting into a good college ruined?

So I've always been an A/B student all my life, then junior year hit and I found myself struggling in AP Chem and Hon. Pre-calc. So I ended up getting C's in them first semester. I have a C again in chem this semester but brought my pre-calc grade to a B.

All my classes are honors/AP besides band, French, and p.e.
My unweighted cumulative gpa as of now (after 6 semesters of high school) is 3.55
I have always wanted to go to Duke but I know that my chances are close to none after a horrible junior year. However, I am still planning on applying there this coming fall. I plan on getting straight A's throughout senior year, so I'm wondering if my chances would be greater applying ED or regular with an improved gpa after first semester senior year.

Also, I'm also planning on applying to these schools:
U of I (Urbana-Champaign)
Purdue
U of Mich (Ann arbor)
Vanderbilt
Northwestern
Case Western
U of Wisconsin-Madison
Brown

What are my chances on getting into them? I have pretty good extra curriculars and planning on raising my ACT score to 33.

Thanks!

uw GPA at 3.55 is not too far off the the average for UIUC, Purdue and U of Wisconsin. It is too low for UMich, Northwestern, and Brown for sure.
