BAD Junior year so far....

Okay so I don't have that great of an unweighted GPA. I am taking 4 AP's which is more than anyone else in my grade, but this quarter I got 6B's and 1A (In computers :( ). I think two of the grades are a mistake and I am talking to the teachers to check it out, but 4B's still isn't that great. Freshman year I had about a 3.8UW, Sophmore about a 3.57UW, and now I will probably have about a 3.2 UW for Junior. Which means about a 3.5UW for all three. My question is, Will this kill me? I am not looking in to Ivy's, but I am looking at some great schools, little Smith and Bryn Mawr. Please help!!!

Both Smith and Bryn Mawr look at the whole person. That means they consider more than just grades but look at extracurriculars, special talents, test scores, recommendations, etc. Hard to tell what your chances at those schools would be based simply on your GPA. I'd keep them on the list for now until you get your year end grades but look at some similiar but less selective schools as well. For example, you might like Mt. Holyoke, Scripps, or Mills.

Bump!!!!!!!
