I have over 2300 overall, with perfect scores on math and writing multiple choice. However my essay score is not that good (8/12). Considering that my strong points are math and science, and that I’m not going to be applying to liberal arts colleges, should I retake the SAT just to get a better essay score?

Essay score means NOTHING. It measures how much word vomit you can put on a page in 25 minutes or whatever the time limit is.
