If I am applying to Tufts, NYU, Vassar, Barnard, and Wesleyan, how will my senior grades affect me?

What bad grades are you talking about? Look at your 9-11 culm GPA. Now factor in your Senior 1st semester grade. Where’s the drop off? Negligible, right?

Keep up the good work; stop worrying and good luck.

Keep your head up. You should be able to get in overall you have good grades and decent SAT score. Hopefully you have extracurricular activities and weren’t only relying on grades, schools are getting harder to get into due to more “well-rounded” students. Besides that you should be able to get in to any of those schools. Best of luck!

I never considered B’s or A-'s to be very bad at all.
That said, even though you are applying to rigorous schools, I can’t see this hurting you unless you’re right on the edge of getting in. As long as you’re well-rounded, things should be fine.
