I got all A's and B's Freshmen and Sophomore Year in Honors classes (my school didn't offer AP for underclassmen)

Junior Year I got:
First Semester (after exams screwed me over)-
-Theatre 2: B plus
-Honors Spanish 3: C plus
-Trig: C
-AP U.S. History- C plus
-AP English Language- C plus
-Honors Chemistry- D
-Service Learning- A plus
Second Semester:
-Theatre 2: A
-Honors Spanish 3: C plus
-Trig: D
-AP U.S. History: B
-AP English Literature: B plus
-Honors Chemistry: C plus
-Service Learning: A plus
End of the Year:
-Theatre 2: B plus
-Honors Spanish 3: C plus
-Trig- D plus
-AP U.S. History: C plus
-AP English Language: B
-Honors Chemistry: C
-Service Learning: A plus

HOWEVER MY SCHOOL IS ON A 6 POINT SCALE and apparently the colleges are converting all our grades to the 10 point scale to be fair with other counties. So my final grades will look like....
-Theatre 2: A
-Honors Spanish 3: B
-Trig: C
-AP U.S. History: B
-AP English Language: B
-Honors Chemistry: C
-Service Learning: A pus

So that's still not great but it's better. So I figured "That's cool, I'll just do really well first semester senior year", but my senior grades look like this:
-AP Psychology: B
-Honors Spanish 4: B
-Honors Physics: C
-Theatre 3: A plus
-AP English Literature: B plus
-AP Government: B
-AP Statistics: D

So on the college scale they'll turn into:
-AP Psychology: B
-Honors Spanish 4: B
-Honors Physics: C
-Theatre 3: A plus
-AP English Literature: A
-AP Government: B
-AP Statistics: D

I'm so sad. I know I'm in tough classes and I'm actually doing better than most people in my classes, but it's still sad when I work so hard to no avail. My AP Stats was even a math elective...I didn't have to take it and now I can't drop it without it turning into an F. My GPA is a 3.5 and my class rank is top 25%. My EC's are great and my essay and teacher rec were awesome.

I want to go to JMU (hence my username) but they say that competitive applicants have mostly A's and B's. I have 23 A's and B's, 5 C's, and 1 D. My C's are in Algebra 1, Geometry, Trig, Chemistry, and Physics. My D is in Stats. So that's all math classes and science classes with heavy math....

What am I looking at right now? My friend has the same rank/ GPA/ and C's and D's has me and she's gotten into every college she's applied too because they looked at the weight of her classes. Like it's not like I'm getting bad grades in regular level classes. It's stupid to even be posting this, but my decisions come out in less than a month and I'm just so freaked out.
