Baits 1 houses and bus stop

which houses in Baits 1 are closest to the bus stop?

Lol Baits.

Parker and Stanley I believe… they are all pretty close though

and… North Campus is the shiz

False. Bus rides break the experience for me. You’re usually OK during peak hours Monday-Friday, but try coming home from work at 11 at night on a Saturday. You’re essentially boned, waiting 20 minutes to a half hour in the freezing cold for a bus. The only things redeemable in North Campus are Bursley’s dining hall and the Blue Apple, but not everyone is lucky enough to get a room there, some have Baits and have to trek to Bursley every damn day to eat. It sucks even worse if you’re in Baits I (luckily I at least avoided that one). They need to step it up if their goal is to get people to WANT to choose north campus after most of them are forced to be there during freshman year.

I live in Baits I and walk to Bursley everyday, I try not to complain.

My son is in Baits 2 and really likes it. He’s dissapointed that he can’t live there again next year (freshman only).

I love Baits 2.

I live in Baits 2 and for the first half of the year, I absolutely hated it. But honestly as the terms have progressed I find myself liking baits more and more. Yes, there’s an entire laundry list of things that suck (the entire busing situation, walking to burs for food, no community feel, etc.) but there are a lot of nice aspects too. Unlike markley, it’s always extremely quiet, we get semi-private bathrooms, and the rooms are huge. I also have my car up here parked right in front of my building…people on central can’t do that. All in all, it sucks sometimes but it’s not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be.

Markley has its bad points but anything on central is better than North, and I’m an engineering major.

Bursley-Baits bus is a sardine can, both dorms are in the middle of the woods, only restaurant is Panda Express, and everything happens on Central. Although I do love the Duderstadt and all of the awesome CAEN labs, North is just not a good place to live.
