Baker Tower

So I recently found out I'll be living in Baker Tower in the Fall...does anyone know what the dorm is like? How are the rooms? After a quick search I found out that it's a Gothic, and it looks pretty cool from the outside, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the inside was like.

Bump...anyone know?

I'm going to be living there. To be honest I think the goths suck majorly, but this is compared to the newer dorm I lived in last year. But I think I'm still going to like it... plenty of people have good experiences living in the gothics.

I lived there thirtysomething years ago. It is divided into non-connecting sections, many of which are quite small, so you won't meet huge numbers of people in the dorms (I am assuming you are a transfer and that meeting people is therefore a high priority for you). However, since you will be eating with the other people in Alice Cook House, you should have a chance to meet people in the dining hall.

Some of the rooms in Baker Tower are huge; others are tiny. The variation in quality is enormous. You will just have to wait and see (although there may be something on your housing assignment that gives the square footage, which is sort of a hint).
