<p>I received a tentative schedule for Bama Bound, and check in is apparently from 7:30-8:30 AM. The only flights available won’t even arrive until 10:30 AM, then there’s about an hour trip from the airport to campus. So would it be better for me to arrive during the afternoon of the day before? Would I be able to stay on campus? Or is the tentative schedule flexible enough for me to arrive around noon to check in?</p>
<p>You’ll need to arrive the day before. You can stay in the dorm and I think they charge an extra $30 or so for the additional night. </p>
<p>If you arrive too early the day before you’ll have to wait a few hours to check in to your room. However you can leave your bag behind the RA desk and walk around the campus and town until it’s time.</p>
<p>NJ Bama is correct. I went as far as taking the redeye to arrive the morning before Bama Bound and since my flight was cancelled, I didn’t arrive in Tuscaloosa until 9:00 PM the night before Bama Bound.</p>
