@BlueMoon6793@mrnwkl I want to eventually become an optometrist and anthropology just seems so cool! What about you?
Wisconsin representing!!!
And I actually haven’t really received any emails from Barnard… except one about financial aid and another about transcripts which was sent to everyone.
Seriously the longest week of my life, I am so nervous! I’m hoping to major in political science or international relations, and minor or concentrate in women’s/gender/sexuality studies or dance!
that’s so awesome! I’m so sad that I’ve missed most of this conversation, I love talking about TV and music!!!
anyways I’m from Washington, and schools in NYC have always been my top choice. I fell in love with Barnard when I visited in february and even more so when I did a program on the columbia campus, and I am so thankful for the time I’ve been able to spend at barnard… I honestly can’t imagine being anywhere else, so I’m crossing everything
@hpfulbnbear I feel the same way! Barnard is such an amazing place. I visited Barnard late October and being from Hawaii, I was freezing the entire trip! But it was SO worth it. Beautiful campus, happy and friendly people, safe neighborhood, and the classes are small–just how I want it to be! Did you get to visit a class? I visited Professor Scott’s Anthropology class and got reminded of the topics he went over that day almost a month later when I was working! It’s a long story, but my point is that I’ve never felt this way for something before and to be honest, it’s a cool feeling. I’m praying everything goes well and for all of you as well, but even if it doesn’t work out, we’re still awesome human beings (: Aaah fingers crossed guys!!
