The name might sound weird, but in my AP world class in 10th grade we always did something called “Soft Belly Breathing” which was a meditation we did before class. It genuinely has helped me calm my nerves. I am pretty sure there are some guided ones on YouTube.
I also recommend doing some exercise if you can!! There’s a Youtube channel (Body Project) that has really nice low-impact workouts and the trainer is super cool!!
yoga!!! or some stretching. definitely deep breaths, try to either relax your muscles or do a light workout, maybe take a walk or something.
