I took some Barrons practice test for Math 2 and also the CB official tests, and many of the problems in Barrons were exactly the same as the ones on CB just a switch in the numbers. Anyone find that funny?

today's sat math 2 test seemed very similar to barrons' practice tests...i was kind of surprised b/c i heard that the real test was supposed to be easier than barrons'

I took 6 barron's practice tests and 1 sparknotes. This one, though easier than barron's and free of the errors that usually plague barrons, was not nearly as easy as the 800 i got in sparknotes last night

yeah, I was pretty surprised too. I actually took the RUSH (Meylani) tests and expected it to be a breeze after that. It wasn't impossible but it was still challenging. thats puzzling?

so if you are averaging low 600s on the Barrons tests, would you expect to get the same on the real test, since the level of difficulty was the same?

was hoping that there could be a boost to the actual score of 50-100 points on the real thing as most people said the real test is easier than Barrons.

meadow86, which Meylani book did you use?

I used Meylani's "!5 Realistic Tests for the SAT Math Level 2 Subject Tests"
