Hey there.

Has anyone ever used the aforementioned book? Well, I got it today and I must say that I was very unpleasantly surprised to discover what I think is a fault in the procedure for finding out your score.

Here's the deal.

In the test where there is NO listening part you get to calculate your raw score by taking all the right answers and then from that subtracting all (wrong answers divided by 3).

Well, what seemed really freaky to me was that on the tests with listening parts, they say that you should actually MULTIPLY THE NUMBER OF WRONG ANSWERS BY 3 (and this is only for the reading section, not the listening), and then subract it from the number of right answers! This seems totally crazy to me, and it makes absolutely no sense at all. I will be really grateful if anyone could help me out with this mess. I contacted B's but I am guessing they won't reply soon.

Well, I hope someone knows something about it.

Thanks in advance,

K.
