<p>Alright I chanced before but since its in the last few days of acceptances, a few of my friends have gotten into SC...so I might ask if I should have any hopes?</p>

Waitlisted: UWisconsin-Madison
Denied: UCLA, Cal, UCSB, UCSD, Lehigh University</p>
<p>Do I have like a 1 in 10 chance of getting in? Or should I just leave now and forget it :/</p>

<li><p>It’s really quite difficult to chance anyone based on where they’ve been accepted, WL’ed, or denied…every school is different and will likely place more emphasis on different aspects of applications. Now if every school admitted students based on the same exact standards, we’d lose the opportunity to stress over college admissions because we’d all know exactly where we’d be accepted. Which I’m not saying is a bad thing, btw, lol.</p></li>
<li><p>With that said, please relax and wait out the next few days. In 5-6 days, there’s a 98% chance that you will have been notified by USC. I know it’s easier said than done, but trust me these days WILL go by.</p></li>

<p>Lol, I hate to say this: All my decisions that have come out, admit, waitlist, reject, so far seem to follow the ranking of the schools. I hope I am wrong but they seem to look for the same things during admissions.</p>
<p>Purdue is a good college! It does a lot of education than collect a lot of the educated.</p>

<p>I have been cushioning the fall for USC, just saying that I wont get in and theres no way in hell I’ll get in.
But I dont get why Im still SO interested. I’ve been let down by every “match-reach and reach” schools, so USC must have put me in the trash like…within the day of my acceptance.</p>
<p>But really, look at the photo I linked. Thats all the people in my class, and Im nowhere near the average.</p>

<p>interesting…I’ve been checking my graph too and i just find it interesting the chart differences. for my school, the accepted GPA average is 4.31 >.<</p>
<p>I suppose your school’s is prolly more accurate just because of the sheer number of applicants from your school</p>
<p>That and the fact I go to a private school.
4.31 is practically insane compared to my 3.54 :X</p>
