Basically screwed up my 2 years of college.

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there's a chance I can get back on track. I'm 21 years old right now and I'm in my mid 3rd year of college. I've taken a few classes and I've basically screwed up the first 2 years of my college. How? Well I basically slacked off, and didn't do very well, but after I know how deep I'm going, I've re-taken all the classes that I have failed, but they weren't all A's and B's, but some C's and D's also. I just finished my Fall semester for 2013 and I re-took 2 classes that I've screwed up on, but there's still that 1 F that I have.

These are my grades that I hold right now and re-took:
Fall 2011:
Learning Framework: D
Dev Reading: B
Dev Writing: A
(Dev classes can't be transferred)

Spring 2012:
Chem: F
Hist: F
English: F
Math: W (Withdraw)

Fall 2012:
Hist (re-took): F
Sociology: C
Chem (re-took): W (Withdraw)

Spring 2013:
Chem: F (I can't pass no matter how much I tried -__-)
Hist: C

Fall 2013:
Math: D
English: B

I have a 1.9 GPA right now, because they've replaced all the grades that I have re-took.

So, I've pretty much re-took all the classes that I've failed and received a passing score for all of them except my Chemistry class.. I'm wondering if it's too late to get back on track, I'm still in a Community college and I'm aiming for a transfer to University of Houston. Their requirements are 2.0 and higher with 15 credit hours.

Can I get some advice or anything that would really help. I feel like a failure at this point and these grades are really not getting me anywhere, is how I feel. .____.

Thanks.
