basketball games

Congratulations to Providence who beat #1 Pitt tonight. Just wondering how accessible are tickets to the home basketball games? Is there a lottery or are tickets generally easy to get?

Students don't have trouble getting into games. The Dunkin Donuts Center holds about 13,000, with about 7000 season ticket holders. That leaves a lot of seats left. The student support this season was fantastic. At one point 1200 students attended a game--that's 30% of the student body!!
There are buses that provide transportation downtown.

GO FRIARS!!

( I am an alumnus and 32 year basketball season ticket holder--let me know if you have any questions)

I'm a current PC student and it is absolutely no problem acquiring tickets. I bought season tickets for $99 and it was a great deal. The school busses students to games, and if you want to get there earlier, the public transportation (which is free for PC students with their ID cards) brings you right to the Dunk. Even if you don't have season tickets, it's very easy to get them.

Let's hope for a win over Lousiville today!
