<p>How hard is it to get basketball tickets. I am an incoming freshman. I would like to go to every game. Is there a lottery for tickets and if there is how hard is it to go to the big games?</p>
<p>yeah good luck with that. if you stick it out and try to get tickets for every game you may never have time to go to class.</p>
<p>obviously you don't know what you're talking about cs08carolina. The ticket system is online, so basically you just sign up for tickets and you are randomly selected through a lottery (except the duke game, which gives seniors a preference). Anyway, this system sucks because people who actually care about the team (me) have just as good of a chance to get tix as those who don't even know who Deon Thompson is.</p>

<p>guess i was thinking of duke where they camp out to get tickets. it still seems like they sometimes do it the old fashioned way.</p>
