<p>17: D - the sentence requires another contrast to make sense. That man is witty, yet he has insulted everyone in the company. "Although" instead of "when" would be correct.</p>

<p>25: C - after the colon you must conjunct the examples by "and", not "with", because there would have to be another verb present.</p>

<p>26: B - it should be "accentuates", because the verb is referring to the word "number", not awards.</p>

<p>29: E - there is simply nothing wrong. Tense of B can be correct, C too; the only problem could be with D, but because we are comparing just two articles and not more, the usage of a comparative form is appropriate (if there were three articles, the correct version of D would be "the most exciting")</p>
